Tom King did an excellent job revealing the vulnerabilities of the superheroes and anti-heroes while offering a solid adventure and action with a side of fun and zany. I became a big fan of Clay Mann's art because of this comic. His art complimented the theme and expressed the story as masterfully as King's writing. It is a fantastic comic that many of us can relate to.

Some might not enjoy this comic because of contradictions occurring between the characters' perspectives or the vulnerability that they show while they are at the sanctuary (since people think superheroes should not be relatable). However, I enjoyed reading their confessions and how they dealt with their problems.

I think the story could have been executed a bit better because it did fall flat after a few issues.
