This book was the perfect read to start off the new year! It was amazing! This was the last book I needed to finish to complete the Lunar Chronicles series and it was so good. I definitely read these out of order as this is book 3.5 in the series, but that didn’t seem to matter much. I think it is my favorite book in the series right under Cinder. I loved getting to know Queen Levana better and gain a better understanding of how she came to be who she is. It’s always nice to see things from a villain’s perspective and see what shaped them into the villain in the first place. As usual the author’s writing style was perfection and really sucked me in. This is a fantastic, quick read and a must for lovers of the series.
