I was provided with an Advanced Readers Copy of this book by the author in exchange for an a
honest review.
This series is one of my favorite things ever. As is often the case with romance series, I was worried that I wouldn't love Markus and Evie as much as I did Tobias and Bebe, but Y'ALL. Not only do we get amazing family dynamics and guest appearances in here, but also Evie is a BOOKKEEPER. Her magic includes ACCOUNTING MAGIC!!!!!! And Markus is 🌶🌶🌶 without being an alphahole. Jasmine Silvera is an incredible writer, and packs so much casual diversity in. Plus the larger macroplot and world building is fascinating and provides social commentary without being overbearing. Waiting for the next in this series may actually kill me.
