My third reading of this book but my first on audio. The full cast audiobook is nothing short of stellar. The interview between the author and the actress who plays Mrs Coulter in the tv series is equally interesting (at the end of the full cast audiobook).
This is still a wonderful, imaginative, superbly written book. It was written 25 years ago now and it has as much depth and it just as relevant now as it was back then, because it's ultimately about humanity and he big questions. I've absolutely got to listen to the other two now. Fabulous.
