I was told to read this series by a lot of people, even though it isn't my normal type of genre, so when I saw this on netgalley I jumped at the chance to get it. Overall the story line is good. The characters are fine. I didn't hate the story, but I didn't absolutely love it either. It was just okay to me. It was entertaining though and I did like the ending, so there was that. I would still recommend it. 4 out of 5 stars.
