Felix Ever After by Kacen Callender

4.0

I was so scared that I wasn’t going to enjoy this book because there was so much hype surrounding it and also because I’ve not been reading as much YA lately, but I’m really glad I gave this book a chance because I enjoyed it. Felix Ever After was full of diverse characters and I loved how these teenagers actually read like their age. Felix was a flawed character and made mistakes throughout the story but that’s why I liked him because he wasn’t perfect which made him feel realistic. I’ve seen this compared to “Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda” a lot and I can see why in terms of the blackmailing and the use of talking and falling for someone online, but in my opinion I would say this was better.
