The Anatomy of Curiosity
by Brenna Yovanoff, Tessa Gratton, Maggie Stiefvater
I absolutely adored reading this book. I thought I would just enjoy it, but each story I got sucked in and then after would read the writers' notes and want more of everything.
The stories on their own are good. They are quirky and fun and a joy to read.
Learning the process of Maggie and Tess and Brenna was fascinating. Each voice definitely shines through like she's whispering in your ear, sharing her deepest writing secrets. Each approach is as different as the woman behind it. If you are a writer or an aspiring author, one of these processes will speak to you, or it could open your mind to a new way of storytelling.
If I could have ten more books like this, I don't think it would be enough.
