I'm not sure how I enjoyed such a disturbing book, but I did! It felt too realistic and reminded me of my favorite Crime Junkie quote "you never really know anyone...ever." It is definitely graphic, so you'll want to read the warnings before beginning. I enjoyed the chapters alternating between the present time and past journal entries (from a mysterious author until the end). I also enjoyed reading about the family dynamics and how a tragedy can tear them apart. I couldn't put this down until the end and I'm sure you'll find it the same way!
