normally with my reviews i write a few emotions, some plot points and extra thoughts
i havent had this hard of a time writing a review since the 100 yr war on palestine and pachinko reviews
i finished this book in exactly 10 hours and was over come by the nostalgia and sadness that i had to wait a few days to gather my thoughts
i was a teen when the first hunger games novel came out and it exploded the genre of dystopian books in my generation
eagerly waiting for catching fire and ultimately mockingjay, susan collins left such an impact on us, people creating amazing fanfictions, theories and connections, a family was created
with haymitchs story, we are brought back into the hunger games on the 2nd quarter quell (the 50th hunger games) we learn how he was chosen, how he really won and why his loved ones died
to those returning ill see you at the hanging tree, for the first time fans may the odds be ever in your favour

i wouldve bought lenora dove being Lucy greys daughter but niece is close enough
but it feeds the theory she escaped to district 13 or the world outside panem
i still dont like plutarch (i never have, never will idc bout inside this and true self that blah blah blah) but he plays his part well
some parts felt rushed as there were words missing/ out of order, the editor didnt (or couldnt) catch alot of stuff at the end but its understandable, in publishing as its a famous young adult series, it wldve gotten pushed faster
