2025 is off to a great start with this story. I enjoyed the mix of historical fiction, mythology, world travel and love. I found myself loving characters I didn't think I could love and I appreciated that the plot was not predictable. It's a clever story and I love a cunning, stubborn woman as a main character. I also appreciate the plot was not predictable for me.
