Thoroughly enjoyable and I will definitely go back to read the rest of the series. This was surprisingly easy to get into even though I had not read the other instalments.
I liked the main character, that the action did not get in the way of the plot, and the fact that people had motivations. It's also competency porn like most good science fiction is.
