The Serpent's Shadow by Rick Riordan
5.0
Aaah!! I am so happy I read this!!! I absolutely loved it! It's so sad that this is the last one but I still think that the ending for this series was satisfying. Basically this is the third book in the Kane chronicles and in this book the Kane siblings have their final battle with chaos. This book is an amazing, fast paced adventure with lovable characters and just the right about of emotion and laughter mixed in. I guess that's really all I can say without spoiling it...

READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...
First of all I would just like to say... YESSS!!! I knew it!! I totally knew that Anubis and Walt were gonna merge!! I knew it as soon as I read the second book! I also said that I wouldn't be satisfied if she chose Walt but she did sort of choose him since Anubis is only in the Duat.. Well anyway I have to say that I was very happy with the way that thing got resolved!! Well done Rick Riordan!
I was very happy in the way that everything got resolved actually.. I enjoyed it so much I don't even have anything remotely annoying to say about this book! Hence the 5 stars of course...
All in all, the book was fantastic, the mythology as interesting as ever, the characters absolutely lovable and well the whole adventure left me touched and laughing in all the right moments! End of rant.
