I have been a long-time fan of Daryl’s and when I had the opportunity to read an advanced copy of the book, I was very impressed. Let me just take a moment to say when I got to the paragraph regarding “PE”, I knew exactly ow the character felt. I had this strange connection with Mr. Schubert and the tone he had. I kinda wish I had him for a teacher. Toby and Van are great characters and the story is written in a great way of bringing real-life experiences as a gay student into a fun, flirty, and meaningful way. It’s hard to write this without giving away parts of the story, but this truly became a great read that had me going through every emotion.
