malmahmeed 's review for:
Homunculus 1
by Hideo Yamamoto
This review is for the entire series (Vol. 1-15)
As simple as it is for reality to turn into an illusion, it is equally easy for illusion to become reality.
Dark psychological manga. Just my cuppa!
The human eye does not exist solely to reflect the world in front of it. It also reflects the self upon the outside world.
It dragged on during the middle bits, but the overall theme and plot was really good. Psychology, philosophy, whew.
"How should I find my true self?"
"That's easy. Just interfere with the pattern of your entire life. Destroy the pattern of your life. Create something that cannot happen in your patternized life."
