Powerless is so close to being a 4* read. It was so easy to breeze through and was a really enjoyable story. That being said, I found the first half to be so clogged with information and backstory that didn't actually add much to the story. 
The trails felt so rushed and they didn't seem *too* deadly. 
The ending however...I need book two immediately. 

Love the characters, the powers, and the multiple twists that this story is about to take 🩷
