American Prometheus: The Triumph & Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer by Martin J. Sherwin, Kai Bird

I read some reviews calling this slow, but... I couldn't disagree more, actually. This was my first book after many years and God, what a read it was.
It was a personal challenge of mine to read it out loud from start to finish and the whole experience will stay with me for the rest of my life, alongside what I learnt from a very complicated man and his fitting, bittersweet ending.
