My thoughts in a nutshell

If there was one thing I was afraid of, it was this book! I have read very divisive reviews. I wondered which end of the spectrum I would fall on. I was surprised, but I loved this book. It has a very strong atmosphere. It has a eerie atmosphere. A lot of times nothing happened but I was shivering and I sat on edge.
There were several parts that I liked so much that I have been looking for books with a similar atmosphere ever since.
The ending was obvious to me. Probably because the audiobook was very well done.
I read that several people missed the point, I really recommend the audiobook!
I am very glad I did not fall for the bad reviews. I would have missed out on a very good book.
But I certainly understand and can see why many people don't like it.

Overall, I give it 4.5 stars. While reading it I was reminded of the movie called Split, if anyone hasn't seen it I highly recommend it!
