A House with Good Bones by T. Kingfisher

5.0

I want an apology from whoever told me this book was bad!
My only complaint is the writing is a little to conversational, as if the protagonist is talking to/narrating for the reader (breaking to fourth wall)

But the main character is funny, sarcastic, smart, and has a phd in entomology. I love her childhood home, I love her mother.
I love her trying to find out why her mom is acting strange, and what’s going on in the house!
It leans more towards cozy horror but it's an entertaining delight!

The ending goes a little crazy but if you know me that’s completely my vibe!
