This one started out slow, but I'm glad I stuck with it - it picked up and ended up a very cute story! I especially enjoyed the space facts and trivia; it's always fun when you can tell the author is genuinely excited about a topic. It made the MMC's passion for his work feel genuine.
Having studied art and art history, I read that aspect of the book with a more critical eye. I didn't love the string art stuff, although I get that it tied into the plot / theme. Still, it felt like a stretch for the FMC to "make it" with that particular medium as big as she did in the book. I can admit that I'm probably being over critical here, but it did make me roll my eyes a little and that contributed to my overall rating - so I feel obligated to mention it in the review, haha
