To be honest, I came here for the romance. However, this book focused on the establishment of Zylas and Robin's friendship and the trust between them. But really, this book got me on the edge of my seat the whole time. It kept my attention and made me finish it so fast lol.
Also, this was not focused on romance yet but there were some scenes and exchange that already had me grinning like a zh’ūltis idiot. I love how Zylas could be cute and adorable and so damn dangerous at the same time. And I really like her character.
I have a feeling this would end up in my favorites shelf, but we'll see after I finish the whole series lol
