This is weird pop psychology masquerading as a fiction story. A lot of fatphobia, self-(and other) shaming, and desire for outside approval based on appearance. Some good content about developing habits, but overall this book primarily had me rolling my eyes and willing myself to get through it. Also a WHOLLY unbelievable event at the end.
