What if all the ghost stories are wrong? That is, ghosts exist but you wouldn’t be able to move things around, hide inside of a cupboard, scaring your enemies to death. What if, as a ghost, you would simply be invisible? Not able to enter buildings or make others notice you? The first short story in Sarah Gray’s marvelous short story collection raises these questions. Gray’s stories are intriguing, not only questioning ghosts but also life and death in general. Half Life is a great example of how intriguing and moving short stories can be.
