Of Neptune
by Anna Banks
I feel so let down by this. [b:Of Poseidon|12425532|Of Poseidon (The Syrena Legacy, #1)|Anna Banks|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1327879889s/12425532.jpg|17375535] and [b:Of Triton|15513156|Of Triton (The Syrena Legacy, #2)|Anna Banks|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1355733528s/15513156.jpg|21169646] were so good and I was quite looking forward to reading the conclusion to the trilogy. But I'm so disappointed.
Of Neptune didn't take the path I thought it would. The story was jumpy and it felt somewhat fragmented to me - not to mention the abrupt ending, even if it was sort of explained in the epilogue. The main problem was the amount of plot holes this book threw up for me. Like, when Tyrden is torturing Galen, he pours salt water on him which apparently irritates his wounds, and he can't drink it? But he lives in salt water how the hell does that work? And how does Emma talk underwater if she can't breathe underwater?
I'm just disappointed. That is all.
