An Arrangement of Love by Kenya Wright

5.0

Is it love that I'm feeling for this book?

I would have taken away a star for a few words missing here or there or a few words misspelled. But they were so few and far between that I felt it wasn't necessary.
How much did I love this book? I finished it in two days! I only finish books by Sherrilynn Kenyon and my other favorite authors in that amount of time.
Yes this book is along the same lines of 50 shades of grey and the crossword series, but after that similarity it takes a full 180. Jasmine and Chase are very much creatures of passion together but Jasmine's got such a leveled head about everything that's occurred with her and Chase that her inner monologue helps us understand that she's not a simpering idiot about her fast growing feelings for Chase. This book had fun side characters as well in Vivian and Jasmine's brother Troy, and who wouldn't want a master chef like Gabe in their life?
Now, onto the good stuff.
This book was packed with so much drama and intrigue and steamy romance without over doing or exaggerating what went on with everyone. I'm trying not to spoil any which is why I'm being so vague. I apologize for that but I promise it's worth it.
Read the book! If you liked 50 shades of grey, the crossword series or any other books in that type of genre give this book a try. Maybe you'll love it as much as I did.
And this is a bonus example of how much I enjoyed this book.
I stopped playing my beloved rpg video games (online videogames) to finish this book. For me that's big news.
So try it. See how late you stay up reading it.
