Love & Other Words is a sweet, dual timeline/second chance romance read.

I wasn’t a big fan of most of the plot being centered on Macy and Elliot as teenagers, the fact that Elliot is
r@ped
with very little acknowledgement after its reveal, and Elliot’s yearning seeming almost unbelievable at times. It read like he knew he was a “book boyfriend” that was being perceived by an invisible audience.

I probably would have rated this higher when I was younger.

I felt the weight of this tiny thread connecting us like a lifeline.
