Girl, Missing by Sophie McKenzie

1.0

Read for the second time. Just like I remembered...this book is not for me. Usually I love books that are in this genre but this one was just not executed well in my opinion. Baring in my mind that this book is almost the same age as me, I shouldn’t be too surprised that the book is not within the world we have today. Certain comments that were made did not sit right with me. But overall this book was just not that great. A one star book, and that one star going to the little sister Madison and Jam who both carried the book in my opinion. There’s a lot more to be said about why I disliked this book - starting with an annoying mc and highly unrealistic storyline - but I won’t go into that now. In saying that it is a really quick read and I flew through it this second time. But this book will now be finding a home elsewhere.
