Such a great redemption. The Odd Sisters (Lucinda, Ruby & Martha) had messed up with the last character. After their last disaster with Gothel, Circe decided to stop them once and for all, or didn't she?
In this book, we got to learn more about these extravagant characters and how they are connected with the first 5 stories. I mean, we know they are connected but is in this book that we learn how.
Snow White makes a certain cameo, acting as Circe's right hand while she has to deal with everything the Odd Sisters had been messing with. I'm so in love with this book and how it wrapped up everything we had been seeing so far from the previous 5 books. So many questions were answered, and getting to learn the whole truth finally ceases my curiosity.
Totally recommended to wrap up the past stories; however, keep in mind that it's a slow-paced book. The first half is full of mystery until everything begins to fall into place at the end. Knowing already how these books work I wasn't mad at all of the side stories blending. I still want to know what happens next since I know there are other 3 books after this, so I'm excited to find out what happened with Circe, Lucinda, Ruby, and Martha. Which choice did they take?
