just like "Shameless Puckboy" this book had the forbidden/ workplace romance between a player (QUINN) and a staff member (VANCE) but unlike the other book, this one mainly focused on a more wholesome and cute aspect. they didn't immediately fall into bed with each other and you could really feel the resistance on them actually sleeping together.
the characters in this book were so cute and loveable and i really did enjoy reading this kind of workplace romance. they truely got to know each other and spend time together and all though i didn't exactly feel connected to the characters, i still enjoyed reading about them spending time together. you could truely feel the affection and love they felt for each other with the way they just talked and acted around the other. i also loved how healthy their relationship was and the way they stood by one another through everything and never once had a tense moment.
