Addison and Grady have a few things in common. They both live in Sugarloaf, are single parents, and are navigating life after losing their life partner. Addy has a wedding back in her hometown and she is tired of everyone looking at her with pitying eyes. Grady is starting a business and building his life in Sugarloaf but needs some investors for this to happen. Jett, Grady’s son, and Elodie, Addy’s daughter, are quick friends and bring together their parents. These two little ones are probably THE cutest kiddos in the word. I loved being back in Sugarloaf with the Whitlock brothers. I loved seeing Grady work through his fears to realize he loves Addy and is deserving of her. I also loved seeing Addy’s confidence in herself as her friendship and relationship with Grady grew. They truly were built a strong friendship. I loved this book and look forward to spending some more time in Sugarloaf!
