Jamie's Food Revolution by Jamie Oliver

I like the idea that he presents this as a cookbook for people who don't cook, tells you what to stock your pantry with in the beginning, and then gives a bunch of practical recipes later on. The testimonials of real people who have learned to cook these recipes with no experience were cute. However, most of the recipes (aside from the roasts) didn't appeal to me or seemed too British in their approach (I don't really know what that means. I just noticed a lot of peas in everything, as well as some ingredients that aren't easily obtainable here). Overall not my favorite, but it might be great for someone who doesn't know their way around a kitchen at all.
