I did enjoy reading this book, it just never gripped me completely. I constantly felt that there was something missing. For me, there were many plots going on at once but still, all were not catching enough to keep me hooked.
The characters were well written and were realistic. The motivations were logical.
Darlington was my favourite character of the book, unfortunately, he is not there for most of the book
