Christina!! (In my sing song voice while doing the Bankhead bounce). Where is book 2? I need that asap please and thank you. This book was good from jump and kept getting better and better. The audiobook made it everything. Flow, storyline, character development, drama and more. I mean why is this my first read from you. What is wrong with me 😂 for taking forever. Plus this is the first arranged marriage i truly liked. It was done so good.
Orion and Nala were perfect together. Orion was that guy but Nala was that B***h (respectfully). See he is what she needed because she played no games. Yea their beginning started crazy as hell but worked out as it should. You got to respect how these two love and want to honor the ladies that hold their hearts. I would be the same about keeping my mommy’s dream alive. Nalani’s side of this book had me ready to come through the phone on her father. Once things came to life baby my jaw was on the floor.
Orion has and is BDE but boy is he hard as hell on the outside. Only thing i wish he could have seen where Nala was coming from earlier and open up to her. Like be honest. I mean i loved that he played no games about Nala or anyone in his family. He was standing on business but being a jerk is never cool. We all got feelings man. Nonetheless i know that man and woman big fine. I loved this read. Now i need to read the rest of Christina’s catalog.
