I Decided to Live as Me by Kim Suhyun

4.0

As I am currently going through the tough position of transitioning from adolescence into adulthood, I admit that this book was quite a good read! It's a great for those going through a time in their life where they don't exactly know how to "find themselves" or figure out what they want to do with their careers.

I never really got into reading self-help books, because the ones I tried to read seemed quite intimidating and long, but this book is a good gateway into those looking to get into self-help books. The book itself is quite quick and straightforward with its wording, also providing anecdotes with almost every piece of advice. I personally appreciated that, since it gave me more of a connection to the author through her own personal experiences.

For anyone who's trying to figure things out or who's trying to assert themselves more, all in all people who are looking to become their own person, I highly recommend this book!
