The last book of this duology did not disappoint. I fell in love with it and the world it plunged me into just as much as the first. Beautiful writing, story, characters. Mesmerizing, thrilling, and absolutely wholesome. Before this duplogy, I would have trouble stating what my favorite book is, without a doubt, this duology. I wish I could erase my memory so I could read it for the first time again and again, even though this second book absolutely shattered my heart for a while
