I loved this book so much that I was going to sit down, read it again, and analyse what I loved about it. But alas, I have too many library books which are about to come due, so I don't have time. Rachel Joyce is a wonderful writer, and the character arc in this is great. Plus I'm a sucker for an underdog story. It wasn't a perfect book. There were parts that were too contrived, and the big reveal was meh, but overall it was a corker.
