Did not finish book. Stopped at 52%.

I wanted to like this. But I didn't get any of the small town vibes I was promised. Charlie and his sister are awful, awful people - like, stalking? Throwing rocks through windows? No. Just no. 
Also, Brant's amazing overnight recovery from a concussion is just a little too unbelievable.
