yet another book that didnt scare me when i thought it would. i'm not sure if i like how t. kingfisher writes, i hated the addressing to the reader multiple times, it took me out of the story. i also didnt care for the fungi storyline, which i know is supposed to be a big part of it but it took over TOO much. i did enjoy this though, but only found it gripping just over half way through
