Booked on a Feeling by Jayci Lee

3.0

This book was not what I had in mind. I got my copy off of NetGalley and finished it in a day. I think it was a cute story that many will love, but I just can’t personally get into the friends-to-lovers trope. It is perfect for those who love friends-to-lovers tho. I would recommend it as a quick read. It had so much potential to do more. Their friendship was cute, but there is a miscommunication trope at 75% that seemed pointless to me. It gave me the same vibes as “People We Meet on Vacation” by Emily Henry. I also rated that a 3/5 stars for reference. I gave this book a 3/5 stars because it wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t an amazing and life altering read.
