My Royal Showmance by Lexi Blake is book two in the Park Avenue Promise and I absolutely love this book!! This book was so much fun and I want to be Anika when I grow up. If you like books that are like the bachelor, royalty romance, found family, fast paces, and about tv production then you will love this book!!
Anika Fox agrees as a favor, to work as a PA on a reality dating show where the bachelor Reginald Lucannon St. Marten is the ruler of Ralavia, is seeking a queen. Realizing they are down a contestant they ask Anika to step in as a contestant, with the promise of being eliminated that night. They both realize that they have met before on a previous show she worked on. Anika and the king have instance chemistry that the viewers and other contestants notice immediately. The king soon lets her know that he will not let her go that easily and that he will convince her to fall in love with him.
This book had me from page one and I didn’t want to put it down. I love Anika and Reginald’s relationship. Anika is a force to be reckoned with. I not only loved the MC’s but I love the side characters as well. I can’t rave about this book enough and highly recommend it. I can’t wait to read book one!!
