I had no idea what to expect going into this book but I loved it. I really appreciated the portrayal of PTSD - the small, seemingly insignificant things that linger with you and trigger a reaction after trauma - and the intricacies of the relationships that could either help or delay healing along the way. I loved how the author explores the worry of being a “bad person” and the nuances that go with it. this book was funny, dark, weird, and still managed to tug at the heart strings. 4.5 stars!
