I ploughed through this. Devoured it. It was very thrilling and I'm really shocked how climactic it is compared to the first two books in the chronicles. It's almost as if the first two were really long introductions, and the true climax in the set up was this book. It tugs at your heart, there are really creative twists, and the character growth and depth is highly satisfying. I was beginning to roll my eyes at Lena and Bear halfway through Intrigues, but they finally grew in this book.
