This is a solid sequel although I wish the scope was larger than Merit City (minor gripe). The complicated relationship between Victor and Eli is finally tested and put to rest in a way that feels satisfying, and I personally appreciated learning about Eli’s childhood and seeing how that shaped him. June was a FANTASTIC addition and I hope she gets a spin-off series.
