Lock Every Door by Riley Sager

4.0

I read my first Riley Sager thriller earlier this year and I liked it but didn't totally love it. But I was willing to give Sager another chance since I felt like the writing was good enough to warrant it. And I'm glad I did. I enjoyed Lock Every Door so much. It kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time and the tension kept ratcheting up to a heart pounding level. Jules was an excellent main character. I was rooting for her the whole way and that made this so much more enjoyable for me from my first Sager book where I never connected with the main character.

Sager definitely knows how to plot a thriller to keep you turning the pages and I'll definitely be back for more!
