I am one of those people were petty is my love language and this is definitely a book that gave into that toxic trait.
I love the world building in this, it definitely explain fairy godmothers without making them the campy Tropey fairy godmothers, it gave credibility and reasoning behind why the villain is the villain, I absolutely love the fact the princess falls in love with the “evil sorceress”. Extra bonus points obviously for being a sapphic book.
I will note that there were some obvious twists some not so obvious but I did devour this book. I enjoyed the entire ride and I’m definitely looking forward to the next one.
