The One Minute Manager by Kenneth H. Blanchard, Spencer Johnson

4.0

Let's get the complaints over with. The dialogue is written too simply. It's like a wannabe The Little Prince which packs important lessons in simple words, but with this book, it just comes off as annoyingly condescending. I feel like the manager is talking down to me.

That said, I think that the points this book makes are really good, and applicable for anyone who supervises people. Because who doesn't want clear goals to achieve, praise for a job well done, and constructive criticism that spurs you to perform better?
