I can't help but love this seriously cheesy series of books. The writing can't be considered poetical literature that will be talked about in years to come but who cares, I want to read campy nonsensical fiction sometimes! And this fits that niche perfectly. 2 American girls being flung in and out of a mythological world with their strapping Scot princes coming to save them all the time, what's not to love??
