Nice advice here and there (little that you haven't heard elsewhere if you've read the genre before) and good to see the author practicing what she preaches, showing readers the fruits of the processes she describes, not just telling them how to do it. But the spiritual/ESP gobbledygook was so distracting for me that at the end it was difficult to take even the solid advice seriously. Shame, but will work for people who appreciate that kind of stuff.
