An alright read but I found the main character really annoying. She said she was still dealing with the ramifications of Jia sending those emails, but she wasn’t? Her landlord gave her money back, she reconnected with Harry and Naomi, and her parents apologised. I get why she was upset but she ultimately suffered no ill consequences so her treatment of Jia was a little unfair imo. Glad she realised that in the end though
Not to sound all ‘old man yells at cloud’ but please, please don’t let ‘unalive’ become a word people say in books, unironically. Especially characters that are meant to be in their mid-thirties.
