I have long since run out of different ways to say "I really like Terry Pratchett's books" so I'm not even going to try. Instead, I shall just say that I really appreciate how all of Pratchett's witches are such very different people. It would have been easy for him to write Tiffany as, essentially, a younger version of Granny Weatherwax, but no. She's completely distinct. They all have that central element of witchiness, of course, but past that, we see so many different ways of being a witch, so many different ways of being a woman. I really appreciate that.
