Grayson, Volume 1: Agents of Spyral by Juan Castro, Stephen Mooney, Tom King, Guillermo Ortego, Jonathan Glapion, Carlos M. Mangual, Mikel Janín, Jeremy Cox, Tim Seeley, Andrew Robinson

3.0

I understand why people are interested in this one, I genuinely do, but I don't think it's really for me as much. It is a different concept, and playing around with this is fun, but it's not really my favourite interpretation, especially considering the implications on all sides here. I'm one of those people who's more interested in the character dynamics at play, and even though the cool fun spy thing is neat and kinda fun it's not something I tremendously care for here. I think I wanted more of a "true to character" than what's here, this is mostly a backstory mess and the last chapter is difficult to follow.
